Ayesha Takia Azmi has been acting in Hindi films since 1986. Ayesha won Filmfare's Best Debut Award in the year 2004 due to her role as the leading character for the film Taarzan The Wonder Car. This was her acting debut. Her subsequent appearances include Paathshaala (2009) Wanted (2010) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007, 2008) as well as Socha Na Tha (2010).
