Kim Cattrall

 Kim Victoria Cattrall, born 21 August 1956 is a Canadian-born British actress. She is known for her role as Samantha Jones on HBO's Sex and the City (1998-2004) and for which she was awarded five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations, winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010) she reprised her role as Samantha Jones.



 



 Cattrall made her debut in film in Rosebud (1975) and went on to appear in numerous television roles. With films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984), City Limits (855) and Big Trouble in Little China (1986), Mannequin(87), Mannequin) (1987), Masquerade in 1988), Midnight Crossing in 1989, as well as The Return of the Musketeers in 1989, she became an international household name.
